When to upload my documents?

In order to comply with the IJF Covid-19 Protocol, the necessary documents must be completed and uploaded to my.ijf.org at their respective time. Only participants with approved documents (checked by the IJF Medical Commission) are allowed to enter an event.

Travel Details Travel details include both arrival and departure. Arrival is strictly understood as arrival to the bubble hotel / the day of check in. Entering the host country but not entering the bubble is not considered as arrival. PCR test validity is referenced to the date of arrival. Documents can be uploaded to my.ijf.org only if travel schedule is given.

LRW (Liability Release Waiver) - This document is an annual document stored in my.ijf.org. Once signed it is valid for all IJF WJT events until the end of the calendar year.

PCR1 - If otherwise not stated in the event outlines, this test must be taken max. 8 days before arrival to an event. Upload it in English or your language/English bilingual form shortly after receiving the result, to leave time for the IJF Medical Commission to check and approve the document.

PCR1&PCR2 is required only from those who are not fully vaccinated.

PCR2 - If otherwise not stated in the event outlines, this test must be taken min. 48h after PCR1, but max. 96h before arrival to an event. Upload it in English or your language/English bilingual form right after receiving the result, to leave time for the IJF Medical Commission to check and approve the document.

For those who are fully vaccinated, only PCR2 is required.

IJF PCR REQUIREMENTS MAY DIFFER FROM THE HOST COUNTRY REGULATIONS, ALWAYS CHECK BEFORE TRAVELLING.

Vaccination / Recovery

Proof of vaccination and/or recovery of infection can be uploaded anytime. The validity of vaccination status is time limited (see Vaccination status).

Paper copies of infection record and/or vaccinaton, PCR testing (PCR1, PCR2, REC, VAC) should be available if requested during an event.
