A couple of weeks ago, the first Düsseldorf Grand Slam, and second Grand Slam of the season, took place in Germany. As the judo circuit is about to resume in Agadir, Morocco, with the second Grand Prix of 2018, our photographers offer you to discover their selection of the top 5 photos of the last IJF event.

The acrobat, Georgii ZANTARAIA (UKR) throws DOVDON Altansukh (MGL) in the semifinal of the men's -66kg weight division.

The final of the men's -60kg opposed NAGAYAMA Ryuju (JPN) and Robert MSHVIDOBADZE (RUS). The Japanese won gold after having scored a waza-ari with a superb counterattack that was very close to score a ippon.

Aelita CHSHERBAKOVA (KAZ) was defeated by Hilde JAGER with a superb o-uchi-gari in the first round of the women's -70kg weight division.

Zhansay SMAGULOV (KAZ) executed a perfect eri-seoi-nage against SCVORTOV Victor (UAE) in the first round of the men's -73kg.
