When to upload my documents?

In order to comply with the IJF Covid-19 Protocol, the necessary documents must be completed and uploaded to my.ijf.org at their respective time. Only participants with approved documents (checked by the IJF Medical Commission) are allowed to enter an event.

Arrival is meant only by the date of entering the bubble / checking in the official hotel. Entering the host country but not entering the bubble is not considered as arrival. PCR tests are referenced to the date of arrival.

Paper copies of all completed documents (PCR1, PCR2, DOH, LRW) should be available if requested during an event.

LRW (Liability Release Waiver) - This document can be uploaded anytime before arrival. Please, leave time for the IJF Medical Commission to check and approve the document.

PCR1 - If otherwise not stated in the event outlines, this test must be taken max. 8 days before arrival to an event. Upload it in English or your language/English bilingual form shortly after receiving the result, to leave time for the IJF Medical Commission to check and approve the document.

PCR2 - If otherwise not stated in the event outlines, this test must be taken min. 48h after PCR1, but max. 72h before arrival to an event. Upload it in English or your language/English bilingual form right after receiving the result, to leave time for the IJF Medical Commission to check and approve the document.

DOH (Declaration of Honour) - This document is a report about the 14 days period before your arrival to an event. Date and upload it not much before arrival, preferably along with PCR2.

The information about previous infection and vaccination are not bound by the 14 days period. These information serve statistical purposes and help the Medical Commission to advise on further amendments to the IJF Covid-19 Protocol eg. about entry requirements in relation to vaccination.
