Japan won the Junior World Championships Mixed Team Competition on Sunday evening to close out a spectacular five-day competition in the Bahamas.

Japan defeated Brazil 5-1 in the final. Matches feature eight individual contests but if a country reaches five wins, and therefore has an unassailable lead, then the match ends immediately. The scheduled remaining contests are not required.
